1. Weekly Payroll Production including
bank and check charges.
2. Matching payroll taxes (State &
Federal), Unemployment Security Tax, matching Social
Security with monthly and quarterly reports filed.
3. Direct deposit for any employee
who wants it.
4. Workers Compensation coverage with
a $ 1 Million per occurrence and aggregate. Our service
prevents you from ever having to make down payments
for worker compensation or audit overages.
5. 401K participation upon employee
qualification through John Hancock Safe Harbor Plan
Condustrial matching funds are 100% vested from
the day of deposit. There is no penalty for leaving
Condustrial payroll and benefits services. Once given
to an employees account, it remains 100%
6. All payroll deductions and benefits
administered through our Section 125 Cafeteria plan
with pre-tax deductions.
7. Unemployment Security Commission Hearings attended
and contested (as case appropriate) by Condustrial managers.
All unemployment claims are against Condustrial, not
our client.
8. Year end W-2 production and delivery.
9. Free recruiting/advertising and initial interviewing
including background check and MVR for new employees
as needed.
10. Six paid holidays per calendar
year after 6 months service.
11. One week paid vacation per year
for hourly wage employees (or 1500 work hours minimum)
for years 1-4. 2 weeks per year after the fourth year
with a yearly 2000 hours worked minimum yearly. All
vacation pay through Condustrial.
